Abstract
Theoretical solutions are obtained for a distant-pair system under continuous excitation. Photoluminescence and carrier population decays after pulsed excitation and frequency-resolved spectra are calculated. Results are compared with the predictions of the multiple-trapping model and with experimental results from a-Si:H.
