Energy estimation of photon-induced extensive air showersFootnote*

Pages 219-221 | Published online: 01 Feb 2007

Abstract

The energies of ultra-high energy cosmic rays observed by AGASA experiment were estimated in assumption that the primary particle is hadronic. In present work we re-estimate the energies of highest energy events, assuming primary particle to be photon.
