It is with great sadness that we share with Editorial Board members and other colleagues the passing of Professor Dr. Dennis McInerney, Editorial Advisory Board Member of Educational Psychology. Professor McInerney joined the journal Advisory Board in 2013. Professor McInerney devoted passionate effort and achieved stellar contributions in theorising, research and teaching on learning motivation across diverse settings. His legacy is profound. Apart from his research achievements, Professor McInerney was dearly remembered for his generosity in advising and serving the journal in various significant roles of editorial board member, reviewer, editor, and author since 2002.
The Educational Psychology team has lost an invaluable colleague. We would like to express our deepest condolences and thank Professor McInerney for his immense contributions to Educational Psychology.
