Abstract
The use of hplc for the separation of various peptide diastereoisomers without the need for sample pre-treatment is described. The effect of the concentration of acetonitrile in the mobile phase on the retention of peptides on ODS- and Cyanopropyl-bonded phases is discussed and compared with the effect of methanol. The use of temperature and pH to control the relative retention of peptides on cyano phase is also discussed.
