Abstract

An automated HPLC method for the quantitative determination of the anti-inflammatory compound CGS 5391B in blood plasma was devised and tested. The method provides quantitation in the concentration range of 1 to 200 μg/ml of drug in plasma, with an average recovery of 96.6±6.0%.
