Abstract

A method is presented for the simultaneous measurement of adenosine 5′-triphosphate and its uv-absorbing degradation products by reversed-phase liquid chromatography using tetra-butylammonium phosphate as an ion-pair agent. The method is suitable for the measurement of these compounds in isolated smooth muscle.
