Abstract

A rapid method is described for the determination of cyclo-sporine in whole blood by HPLC. The cyclosporine is extracted with an acetonitrile-isopropanol mixture, purified on a C₁₈ minicolumn, and finally injected on a CN column. Recovery of the drug is greater than 90%.
