Special Education in Norway

NORWEGIAN special education is grounded in the nation's commitment to egalitarianism. Most special education takes place in regular schools, and one quarter of Norway's teachers have additional training in special education. Cautions are given if advocacy for those with disabilities does not accompany normalization.
