Interim Report on Group Work in Adolescent Pavilion

Abstract

In this report for a staff seminar discussion at Hillside Hospital on January 30, 1958, the author describes the democratic philosophy, as well as the structure and nature, of the strengths-based group work program she has developed with a population of adolescent girls in this long-term, inpatient psychiatric unit.
