Abstract
This paper outlines the effect a group therapy oriented sexual dysfunction treatment program has on the sexual attitudes of each member of the treatment couple toward themselves and their partners. Q-sort methodology revealed that treatment couples did make significant positive shifts in altitude toward both self and partner. Control “wait” group clients and “no treatment” groups did not show much change. Successful sex therapy for dysfunction may well be a promising means of changing the attitudinal balance regarding sexuality in a manner which might well benefit the whole relationship.
