Abstract
Rational therapy has shown self-talk primarily causes our emotions and action. This principle is applied to sexuality. It is shown that sexual deviations, sexual dysfunctions and problems involving the emotion of love are primarily determined by irrational self-talk, and that such difficulties can be treated by changing the underlying self-talk.
