Abstract
This paper examines the underreported male sexual problem of ejaculatory inhibition. Various types of ejaculatory inhibition are described. A treatment model is proposed which is based on a multi-modal behavior therapy strategy with suggestions for interventions in four component areas: sexual attitudes, sexual anxiety, sexual skills, and hetero-social skills. Special emphasis is put on the use of multiple stimulation techniques to reduce inhibitions and increase arousal.
