Abstract
This article discusses the role of technology education in a multicultural society, and focuses on the multicultural distribution patterns in the U.S. The various ways that educators can help to enhance and transform the experiences of increasingly complex modern day classrooms through technology are identified. Various pedagogical approaches that can be used to empower special needs of diverse population are discussed. The salient features are the ten classifications of the technology education teaching strategies. The article concludes with the future trends of technology education in a multicultural society.
