Ivars Pavasars

Ivars Pavasars holds a diploma in Chemistry from the University of Latvia (1992), and a PhD (1999) from the Department of Water and Environmental Studies, University of Linkoping (Sweden). Since 2000 he has engaged in environmental consultancy project management in Latvia and the Baltics. He is co-author of several environmental impact assessment reports, strategic environmental assessment reports and other industry related environmental reports.
