Abstract

An examination of mites collected in Northwest Azerbaijan resulted in the discovery of two Raphignathoidea species. Neophyllobius saberi n. sp. is described and illustrated and Stigmaeus echinopus Summers is re-described. A key to the known Iranian species of genus Neophyllobius is provided.
