First Chinese record of the family Momoniidae K. Viets, 1926 (Acari, Hydrachnidiae, Arrenuroidea), with the description of one new species

ABSTRACT

A new species, Momonides neolandbergi Li & Guo sp. nov. is described in detail, which is the fifth species all over the world in Momonidinae Lundblad, 1941, Momoniidae K. Viets, 1926. The family and subfamily are newly recorded for Chinese fauna. The new species are recorded by camera, optical microscope, and scanning electron microscope.
