Fauna Argentinensis VII Der Nahuel Huapi National Park

Summary

In Nahuel Huapi National Park, Argentina ‐ an island in Lake Nahuel Huapi ‐ a number of known and new scolytid beetles were found in the bark of Nothofagus dombeyi. Neither Platypodidae nor Xyleborus were found. Nine new species belonging to the genus Gnathotrupes Schedl and three new genera with four new species are described.
