Four species of Naidids collected from lentic habitats are described: P. synclites Stephenson; 1925, P. aequiseta Bourne, 1891; P. Leidyi Smith, 1896; and Bratislavia unidentata (Harman, 1976). Needles‐setae characteristics are especially considered.
