Abstract

The autoimmune-related retinopathy and optic neuropathy (ARRON) syndrome represents a group of patients with unexplained visual loss who demonstrate antibodies that are reactive with the optic nerve and/or retina. We describe a patient with ARRON syndrome who responded to plasma exchange (PE) followed by intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIg).
