Abstract

Olfactory neuroblastoma is a rare tumour which arises from the upper nasal cavity. We report an unusual ocular presentation of this tumour and improvement in the patient's ocular symptoms following externsive tumour resection via a combined craniotomy and trans-nasal approach and post-operative radiotherapy. The importance of immuno-histochemical staining in the diagnosis of this tumour is also discussed.
