Photographic Essay: Lacrimal Ductal Cyst (Dacryops) Presenting as an Orbital Mass

Abstract

Mass lesions of the orbit and lacrimal glands are commonly encountered in clinical practice. Simple lacrimal ductal cysts (or dacryops) are benign lacrimal lesions with characteristic qualities. We describe a case of a typical dacryops with classic clinical, radiographic, and histopathological features.
