Les polysaccharides des microsporocytes et du tapis chez le Rhoeo discolor Hance. Étude cytochimique et autoradiographique (glucose ³H)

Résumé

Chez le Rhoeo discolor, nous avons étudié l'évolution des polysaccharides cytoplasmlques et memhranaires au niveau des microsporocytes et du lapis par des méthodes cylochimiques et autoradiographiciue (glucose ³H-6). La paroi spéciale méiocylaire, l'intine microsporale, la paroi de la cellule reproductrice pollinique, les amyloplastes microsporocytalres et le cytoplasme du tapis ont particulièrement retenu notre attention.

Summary

In Rhoeo discolor, we have been studying the evolution of cytoplasmic and wall polysaccharides on microsporocytes and tapetum by cytoehemical and autoradiographic (6⁻³H glucose) methods with particular attention to the meiocyte special wall, microspore intine, pollen generative cell wall, microsporocyte plastids and tapetum cytoplasm.
