Implication de l'appareil vacuolaire dans les phénomènes d'extension cellulaire et de morphogenèse pariétale

Résumé

Deux aspects de la vacuolisation sont abordés dans les cellules en élongation de l'hypocotyle de Vigna radiata: d'une part, le rôle de la pression de turgescence sur la polycondensation des sous-unités pariétales dans le périplasme; d'autre part, les modalités de l'accroissement du tonoplaste.

Summary

Approach of two features concerning the cell vacuolation in the elongation zone of mung bean hypocotyl: on the one hand, the influence of turgor pressure on assembly and ordering of wall subunits in the periplasm; on the other hand, the modalities of the enlargement of the tonoplast and some similarities of the process with the differentiation of the plasmalemma.
