   (3),(4) Page 1, right-hand side: 2 places

   (5),(6) Page 7, left-hand side: 2 places

2. Page 2, right-hand side, “ϕ” → “φ”.

3. Page 6, right-hand side, “$⟨{\mathrm{L}}_{\mathrm{p}\mathrm{p}}^2⟩-⟨{\mathrm{L}}_{\mathrm{p}\mathrm{p}}^2⟩$” → “$⟨{\mathrm{L}}_{\mathrm{p}\mathrm{p}}{⟩}^2-⟨{\mathrm{L}}_{\mathrm{p}\mathrm{p}}^2⟩$”.

4. Page 6, right-hand side, “(9) and seen” → “(9) and proportional to T and 1/n as seen”.

5. Page 4, in the left-hand side: there are two “$⟨{\mathrm{R}}_{\mathrm{e}\mathrm{e}}^2⟩/6⟨{\mathrm{R}}_{\mathrm{g}}^2⟩$”. Please delete one.

These has now been corrected in both online and print version.
