Abstract
Bush bean plants (Phaseolus vulgaris L. cv. Improved Tendergreen) were grown in solution culture for 15 days with different levels of ZnDTPA to determine if the plants could tolerate high levels of ZnDTPA like some plants do for ZnEDTA. Plant yields were decreased at l0‐4 M ZnDTPA and severely at 10‐3 M DTPA. The Zn was available at the pH values used (near 5).
