Abstract

The performance of ozone diffusion systems is determined by the conversion of the engineered treatment theory to the hardware needed to accomplish the task. The correct design, selection, and fabrication of the ceramic gas piping systems which interface with the overall treatment scheme configuration achieves this end. Design details such as selection of proper stainless steel, ceramic, gasket materials, diffuser type, diffuser anchoring systems, and fabrication techniques assure the optimum performance of the treatment system.
