Abstract

The study examined the effects on self-actualization of CETA supervisors who participated in a Rational Behavioral Training (RBT) group for 2-hour meetings over an 8-week period. The Personal Orientation Inventory (POI), an instrument that measures self-actualization, was administered to experimental and control groups prior to and after the group experience.
