Abstract
This article describes the design and implementation of a psycho educational workshop in Ethics-Based Decision-Making, a structured procedure for making socially responsible choices. The goal of the workshop is to reduce criminal recidivism by broadening the participants' ethical views and teaching new skills for coping more effectively with life's everyday problems. Guidelines for implementing this group are suggested. This workshop has been an ongoing component of the City of Tempe (Arizona) Adult Diversion Program since February 1996.
