Survey of Aviation Online Library Research Guides

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this survey is to analyze aviation-related online research guides to find what resources librarians are sharing. Online research guides from AABI accredited institutions were reviewed to find what databases, periodicals, books, professional organizations and associations, and government information sources were recommended. The results of this analysis can be beneficial for librarians when developing or maintaining an aviation research guide, in collection development, during instruction, and as a guide for reference work.
