Attainment of Science Skills Among Physics Students in Bruneian Upper Secondary Schools

Synopsis

The last two decades witnessed a tremendous effort by science educators to incorporate science skills and investigatory techniques in the curriculum, particularly at the secondary level of education. To find out the extent the students have mastered the required skills, a test was developed and administered to 24 Form Four physics students in the first trial, and subsequently to 89 Form Four and 23 Form Lower Six physics students in the second trial.
