Abstract
Problems of practice and inner mathematical questions can be regarded as programming problems of the following form: max {e(k):k∈E}, E is a set of pairs (K, K0) with a commutative semigroup K and K0 ∈ K. [E] is the set of equivalence-classes referring to an equivalence relation in E. e : E→[E]. The image of k ∈E under e is an equivalence-class produced by k. In [E] exists a partial ordering. By means of homological algebra a necessary condition of optimality will be stated.
