A nonlinear fractional vector maximization problem (NFVMP) with nonlinear constraints is considered. A condition is obtained which is both necessary and sufficient for an efficient solution of (NFVMP), under certain assumptions. This study subsumes the results of GULATI and ISLAM [6] for a linear fractional maximization problem with nonlinear constraints. Finally, an example is discussed to illustrate some of our results
