ABSTRACT
The dictionary definition of management quotes the manager's qualifications as care, skill and success. Confusion between such a definition and our own concepts and role in management appeared in each stage of the Vth World Congress of IWRA.
This paper presents a management matrix scheme which should serve each one of us as a guideline toward the success of a project.
Using simple common terminology, the methodology adopted eludes conventional analysis andexplains the matrix dimensions in practical terms. From these reflective lessons of the Vth World Congress it is hoped that such a matrix will help in facilitating the multijudge decision process and bridge the gap between disciplines.
