Abstract

An empirical data analysis, based on 3 development phases, by multiple-factor productivity network, this article studies the hi-tech industry’s performance in Hsinchu Science Part (HSP). As the first public oriented regional hi-tech industry development benchmarking park in Taiwan, the HSP simple input-output macroscopic analysis is also presented. It is realized that the human resource is the most essential factor of hi-tech industry development, and the electronics information (EI) related industries have mutually contributed with better management performance in HSP.
