Abstract
Generally, enterprise using control chart to monitor their production process and process capability indices to evaluate variable-type process performance. However, in the manufacturing sector, each quality characteristics yield produces the overall yield performance good or bad. Especially under the mass production environment and attributes-type measurement conditions, process capability indices cannot consider each yield performance for the overall yield. Therefore, in this article we use DEA method to stabilize overall yield for attributes-type multiple quality characteristics production. Each yield of quality characteristics as input items and one overall yield as output item. Finally, we show that the best situation predication result on next week. The results are not only help managers to adjust multiple quality characteristics yield for the overall process yield performance but also enhance enterprise competitiveness.
