A study of the relationships between work values and creativities across different generations

Abstract

This study tends to empirically test the relationships between work values and creativities across various generations. Using the data collected from working employees in great Tainan area via. convenient but random sampling, the results generally indicated that significant relationships were found between work values and creativities; significant differences were found in work values across different generations; no significant difference was found for creativities across generations; and significant differences were found between the relationships work values and creativities across generations.
