Abstract

In this paper, we study the finite-time synchronization problem for competitive neural networks with different time scales and time-varying delays. Based on the finite-time stability theory, by using the inequality techniques and designing two feedback controllers, novel delay-independent criteria are established to ensure the finite-time synchronization of the considered competitive neural networks, which are new and complement some existing ones. These theoretical results are also supported with numerical simulations.
