Abstract

Stakeholder’s pressure on businesses to adopt environmentally friendly business practices has increased in recent years, making it more vital to identify green initiatives that improve sustainability. Despite the fact that academics and industry professionals are keenly trying to explore and understand how to strike a balance between maintaining the environmental balance, studies on green methodologies are few and far between, particularly in developing and underdeveloped countries. The major objective of this article is to look into and identify eco-friendly human resources strategies, as well as to address competitive advantage and corporate sustainability. The researchers reviewed papers on a specific issue and gained an improved understanding of green HRM, corporate competitiveness, and environmental business sustainability. Green HRM practices, according to the study, give organizations a competitive advantage and help them achieve environmental and commercial sustainability.
