SG PITRODA He is a graduate from M S University--Baroda-1964 and Illinois Institute-Chicago-1966 and has been in the forefront of Telecommunications Technology for over 20 years in US. His specialization includes telecommunications network, digital switching, stored programme control, office and factory automation and various other technologies related to information processing.
He holds more than 50 worldwide patents and has presented and published numerous papers.
Over the past 20 years, he has been involved in virtually every aspect of telecom systems and services: design, development, engineering, hardware-software, manufacturing, quality control, sales, marketing, training, advertising, maintenance, pricing policies, regulatory issues and overall corporate management.
His present interest includes advanced concepts in integrated digitla voice and data switching networks and telecommunications in developing countries.
