Abstract
The socialisation of Russian elites is designed to augment the given objectives of the communist revolution. All academic studies are subordinate to the “revolutionary purpose” as are constitutional and political arrangements. The result of this deliberate action is to reduce law to the role of a political instrument and to attenuate the ideal of abstract justice for all.
