Learning through life: a response to the special issue 29(4)

Pages 757-766 | Published online: 19 Nov 2010

Notes

1. It is interesting that the commentaries vary in their position in this respect: the criticisms of LTL include both its narrowly applied nature and its idealism.

2. Sen’s latest book (Sen Citation2009) was published as we were writing LTL. It enables an even clearer link to be made between capabilities and adult learning.

3. This is the focus of Longview, the organization I now direct, see www.longviewuk.com.
