Abstract
This paper reviews the research work and reports on the subject of students’ evaluations of Instruction in Higher Education. The views of proponents and opponents on student ratings are reviewed. The several variables influencing students’ evaluation of instruction are identified. Recommendations and conclusions are based on the review.
