Abstract

The application of nonlinear transmissivity and storativity functions in a digital groundwater model of a fissured dolomite aquifer near Ndola, Zambia, is discussed. In addition, a facility for modelling soil moisture deficits and hence actual evapotranspiration is also described.

Résumé

On discute l'application des fonctions de transmissivité et de storativité non linéaires dans un modèle digital des eaux souterraines d'un aquifère de dolomie fissuré près de Ndola, Zambia. On décrit aussi une facilité pour modéler les valeurs déficitaires de l'eau dans le sol et aussi par conséquent l'évapotranspiration.
