TECs and local communities: The role of research in a multi‐ethnic district

This article discusses some of the information requirements of a TEC in a multicultural area, drawing upon secondary data as well as recommendations from interviews with members of local organisations. It also looks at ways in which TECs can start to address issues of discrimination in a local labour market, emphasising the need for local consultation and participation.
