Irreducible Dorsal Dislocation of the Proximal Interphalangeal Joint Caused By An Osteochondral Fragment

Abstract

We report two cases of irreducible dorsal dislocation of the proximal interphalangeal joint caused by interposition of a small osteochondral fragment that avulsed from the base of the middle phalanx with the volar plate and outstretched collateral ligament.
