Abstract

The radial forearm flap is one of the most reliable flaps, but it has serious cosmetic donor site morbidity. We therefore reconstruct the defect after harvesting a radial forearm flap using a narrow pedicled paraumbilical perforator-based subdermal vascular network (super-thin) flap to overcome this problem.
