Abstract

Parapsyllus magellanicus largificus subsp. n. (Siphonaptera: Rhopalopsyllidae) is described from specimens found in nests of Salvin's mollymawk, Diomedea cauta salvini (Roths-child), on the Bounty Islands, New Zealand. This is the first record of a flea from this host.
