New Challenges for Co-operation with Developing Countries

SUMMARY

Higher education has been improving over a few years in developing countries: engineering education institutions have been developed or created. The Ecole Nationale des Ponu et Chausshs is participating in this building of new institutions and is providing a few of them with its assistance. Two examples are given of the methods employed by Ecole Nationale des Pontr et Chaussées. In both cases assistance is aimed at reinforcing the counterpart's capacities: for the ENSTP in Ivory Coast, the objective is to create a national faculty staB for the ENIT in Tunisia, it is to develop continuing education.
