Ty Francis
Ty Francis is an organisational coach, consultant and constellator. Originally, his background was in brand strategy and corporate communications before he became interested in organisational development and established his own consulting business. Gestalt-trained, Ty was one of the first people in the UK to introduce constellations to organisations in commercial, public and voluntary sectors nearly ten years ago. As well as running constellations workshops, Ty is committed to integrating Constellations work with other OD and personal development approaches. He has a Master's degree in Human Relations, and is currently completing doctoral research on intuition, creativity and innovation.
