International Symposium on Environmental Analytical Chemistry (ISEAC39) “Environmental and food monitoring”

University of Hamburg July 19–21, 2016

The “International Symposium on Environmental Analytical Chemistry (ISEAC39) - Environmental and food monitoring” will take place at the University of Hamburg from July 19–21, 2016 and is co-organized by the International Association of Environmental Analytical Chemistry (IAEAC) and the University of Hamburg.

The innovative use of analytical methods for the investigation of environmentally and food relevant questions will be the central subject of the conference, which will consist of invited lectures, oral contributions and poster sessions. Session topics will be either method-oriented or problem-oriented. The conference will also include a dialogue on food production in emerging and underdeveloped nations with implications on food safety and environmental issues.

ISEAC39 will bring together both established and young researchers in academia, public and industrial laboratories involved in the field of environmental and food analytical sciences and hardware manufacturers involved in the development and distribution of analytical instrumentation relevant to the field as well as colleagues from the food production and food control sector. An instrument exhibition will be part of the meeting.

For ISEAC39, it is intended to be paperless and to make all information, i.e. the program, the abstracts, the profiles of the invited lecturers and sponsoring company advertisements as well as an interactive platform available to all registered participants through the web. Information on the conference now already is available via the web site: www.iaeac.com.

The Proceedings of the Symposium will be published, as in the past, in a special issue of the International Journal of Environmental Analytical Chemistry.
